初めての人間ドック健診でご不安な外国人の方のために、各検査について分かりやすく説明した英文のパンフレットをご用意しています。
We available in English medical questionnaire and results. Choose English or Japanese results of medical checkup.
※English medical certificate or referral letter will be charged separately.
英文の問診票、英文での結果報告書のご用意があります。結果報告書は英語または日本語のいずれかをご選択いただきます。
※英文での診断書および紹介状は別途料金がかかります。
If you want to receive by mail, You will be extra charged shipping fee 1,370 yen (shipping fee + cash on delivery fee + commission (tax included)).
※We do not ship overseas.
郵送での受け取りをご希望の場合は、送料1,370円（郵便費用、代引手数料含む820円＋発行手数料550円（税込））が別途かかります。

当健診センターでは日本語を十分話せない受診者の方は、内視鏡検査、上部消化管造影検査、マンモグラフィー、婦人科診察を受けることはできません。同性の通訳の同伴を必要とします。
